As you’re probably aware, mindfulness continues to grow throughout the US as a proven way for people to reduce stress, regulate emotions, increase self-awareness, and build resilience.
Since 2005, Compassion Works for all has brought these practices to people living in jails and prisons. During this time of quarantine and social distancing, let us add some Zen to your Zoom, and support our work in the process!
WHAT IS IT?
For a unique, positive element to your online meetings, Compassion Works for All will join your online meeting and lead everyone through a guided meditation.
HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?
Around 10 minutes. It can be shorter or longer if you prefer.
WHO IS IT FOR?
Anybody meeting online! Whether you’re a business, family, religious group, book club, school, or just connecting with friends, anybody is welcome to sign up.
HOW WILL CWFA JOIN US?
Prior to your call, a representative from your group will email us the link and specific time you’d like us to join.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
We request a $50 donation to support our organization.
